The principals of Velocity Management Group have been involved in over $850 million of transactions through their real estate advisory and investment businesses.

We pride ourselves on enhancing and maximizing the value of every asset we are involved with. Each asset is a stand-alone business with unique characteristics. We work hard to understand the pros and cons of each asset and how it stacks up against the competition in that particular market. Once a specific plan has been developed for the asset, we set performance benchmarks and hold ourselves accountable to achieving those goals.

Our corporate office is located in Tampa, FL and we have a regional office located in Macon, GA.
